Well its raining again! Tghis summer Id planned to hardly stay indoors and days would be spent in the garden, on the beach, Ben in a floppy hat , Tshirt and shorts and he would have brown arms and knees....
hmmmm my romantic thoughts for summer didnt work did they!!!
Last year in the hot weather we stayed in a lot as he was only just turned 1 and irt was a bit too hot outside. So I had high hopes for this summer!!
and the rubble bit you ask?? Well my hubby is knocking down a strange bit of our house. The previous occupants had decided to build a corridor from the kitchen to the outhouse. It has been the bain of our life with the roof constantly leaking and it blocking the light to our back room and kitchen.
Well it is finally nearly down ....admid lots of dust, rubble, mess and swearing!
and if the rain would stop it could get to the next phase......
Tomorrow we have our sponsered toddle. Raincoats and wellies at the ready I think
